Important: Organization Owner Status

You will not be able to delete your account if you are an active Organization Owner. This safeguard is in place to prevent organizations from becoming unmanaged or inaccessible.

To proceed with account deletion, you must either:

  • Assign the Organization Owner role to someone else: If there are other members in your organization, you can transfer ownership to them. You can learn how to do this on the Organization Settings: Info Tab page.
  • Close all organizations you own: If you no longer need the organizations, you must close them first. You can find more information on how to manage or close organizations in the Organization Administration section.

Confirm Deletion

Once all prerequisites are met (i.e., you are no longer an Organization Owner of any active organizations), you'll be able to proceed in the alert dialog. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your Deficiency Detect account.

Remember, deleting your account is a permanent action. Please ensure you have backed up any necessary data before proceeding.
