Organization Settings

Manage your organization's basic information and branding by setting your company logo in Deficiency Detect.

Info Tab

The Info Tab within your Organization Settings is where you manage your company's fundamental details and branding. This ensures your organization is accurately represented throughout the Deficiency Detect platform.

Access Organization Settings

From your Organizations dashboard (/orgs), locate the organization you wish to manage. Click on the "Settings" button associated with it to navigate to its Organization Settings page.

Configure Organization Info

Upon entering the settings, you'll land directly on the "Info" tab.

Here, you can:

  • Upload Logo: Easily click or drag and drop your organization's logo into the designated gray box on the right side of the screen. This logo will represent your organization across the platform, enhancing its professional appearance.

Transfer Organization Ownership

If you are the current Organization Owner, you have the ability to transfer ownership to another member within your organization.

  • On the "Info" tab, locate the "Organization Owner" section.
  • Click the dropdown menu on the current owner's email.
  • Select an existing organization member from the list to assign them as the new Organization Owner.

Note: This action is irreversible. The new owner will assume full control over the organization.
